With FSX (Flight Simulator X) coming out in December, do you guys think it is still worth it to buy FS2004 for $30? Or, should I just wait it out untill December, when the new game is bestowed upon us?

I got my copy of FS9 a little over a month ago. I'm not sorry I did, as I have a computer that runs it just fine, but my lag a bit when FSX comes out. My thinking is, go to GameStop or EB Games or someplace like that and get it there for $30 (or less if you have stuff to trade in). That's what I did, and the stuff I brought in came out to over $50, which means over $20 went toward reserving an upcoming game (Lego Star Wars 2 ).

I have two copies of the game, if you want I can sell you one cheap. I thought I lost my case so I went out and got another copy. Of course after I paid for it again, the other showed up. Let me know.

I stoped flying some month ago. I still have FS2002 with lots of add-ons, but it doesn't appeal to me anymore. Now, I'm waiting for the release of FSX. For FS9 I would have to buy a new PC, which could be outdated when FSX will be released. Therfore I wait until I know the specs so I can buy a Vista optimised PC which should run FSX smoothly.
At least I have a reason to look forward to the next winter

Has FSX been sighted at the E3 expo? I have not heard anything yet. I would think that if FSX was to debut in december it would surely be at the show? I hope this does not mean a delay (concurring with the Vista delay)
