Writing Sids And Stars For Pmdg 737NG

I am trying to write sids and stars for the PMDG 737NG, but I find very annoying difficulties in doing so, of course i referred to the "How to write SID STARs" manual which is very clear but still i see errors which i cant see the reason for it.

Any ideas how I can write them correctly?
