Does anyone know if anyone is working on or has already released an updated AFCAD/scenery pack for ATL with the newly-opened 5th runway (10/28)?

Thanks!

P.S. Also, if anyone knows of updated scenery/AFCAD for SFO with taxiway F in the right place (FS calls it F when it should be F1), that would be greatly appreciated.  Smile

Maybe someone can help with the SFO AFCAD? I couldn't find what you were looking for...

There is also a new KATL scenery/afcad released a few days ago on flightsim.com called "katl10.zip". I haven't seen it on avsim yet.

I went searching on avsim, but it didn't come up. Must have been the way I searched.

I'll give those files a go and see what happens.

Elcableguy77,
Please let us know what you find out with the news KATL AFCAD. I've got my current AFCAD mapped accurately as far as gate assignments, etc.. and would be somewhat hesitant to change - although not having the new RWY configuration keeps it from being real. BTW, KATL is my FS9 home base.

CDreier:
Do you have 10/28 as part of that AFCAD? If so, I may be interested in getting it from you.  Smile

Eaglecableguy77,
No I don't have 10/28 - only the rwy configuration used until a few days ago.

Chuck:
Looking through the files in the zip that San747 recommended, there are two different AFCADs, one with 10/28 open to AI traffic (but none on 9R/27L), and the other with 10/28 closed and 9R/27L being used. The readme said something about FS not allowing more than two landing runways, but maybe there's a way you can make it to where all five runways are open and usable.

Upon further review, I used the katl10.zip found on flightsim.com (as recommended by HA_DC9), and both 28 and 27L were being used for landings as I made my approach onto 26R. Ground control had a mouthful telling an FL 717 how to get to the gates from 28 (I think I counted 10 different taxiways).

Way cool. Many thanks to South Productions for making this marvel.  thumbsup

I am finishing up my NEW KATL AFCAD with the runway. My previous KATL had over 4000 downloads on AVSIM. Check out my site at www.jasonlanduyt.com. Eventually I will have all of my AFCADS up on it. (150+)
