Planes On Flight Sim Don't Work

I'm geting tired and pist at how I down load planes and they will work for a couple days then out of the blue they will not work causing a error on the computer.or sometimes I will download some aircraft and they will be on the computer but when you try to install them they will not install on the game like for example(project opensky) it will not install the aircraft on the game along with other aircraft to that I've tried to put on the game. That really pisses me off how people make these aircraft and they don't work. Can eny body help me please!!!!!!!!!!!!  Crying

I have the same problem, I'll download 3 or 4 planes and only 1 will appear in my hanger......????

some planes need the converter; others dont.
