I finally sprang for the PMDG 747-400 this week, and thus far, I'm extremely impressed.

BUT!...why don't the doors open?

no, shift+e probably won't work for PMDG, besides, there are too many doors for one single command. Since you installed PMDG you will notice that there is now a PMDG option on your FS menubar. Click that and I believe under Options there is a option to change keyboard commands. I have mine set up such that Shift+1 opens the forward left door, shift+2 opens the next one and so on. Shift+C opens the cargo doors.

Correct but by default CTRL-e opens the L1 door.

Ah well. Before I used the PMDG menu to reconfigure the doors, it did on mine.  Smile
