I love it! It is a great plane to fly, has a little learning curve with it, but it is fun as hell to fly!

Totally agree! It's a great little plane to fly and the sounds and panel especially are amazing. A little bit of a learning curve especially when it comes to the systems and procedures but then most packages nowadays are like that.
Quoting PJFlysFast (Thread starter): I am debating whether or not I should buy the Flight 1 ATR-72. I would like to know what you think of this product if you have it?
Well worth getting it if you enjoy getting to know the ATRs systems and procedures but yet still flyable and enjoyable if you don't want to. By far the best modelled ATR out there (freeware and payware) but remember you only get the ATR-72-500 in this package not the 72-200 or ATR42 either. Plenty of liveries available for free though.

I was thinking about getting this addon also but I got PSS Dash-8-300. The ATR is much more complex and is more like a jetliner I guess you could say than the Dash-8. I am sure ATR-72 from Flight 1 is great but when I am flying short hops with a prop plane I like it to be a little bit more simple and the Dash-8 is great! If what your looking for is a ATR-72/Dash-8 plane take a look at PSS Dash-8 also. I not saying that I dont like the ATR because its to much to learn I fly PMDG 737, RFP 747-200, PSS-777.
