As has been discussed millions of times on here, its helps to have a good graphics card and knowing how to edit etc. If your graphics card is pretty crap and you have lots of jagged edges on screenshots, you're not gonna be able to make the best screenshots. Most, if not all graphics card settings can be altered to get the best out of it. - On the flip side though, the higher your graphics card settings are, the more effect it has on framerates (Depending on the speed of your computer).
