Getting AI To Do T And G's

I've been making flight plans for military aircraft in my area, and I used Simple AI to set up the flight plan, which involves doing Touch and Go's for an hour before landing. Problem is, instead of touching and going, they do a missed approach every time. I know it's possible to get the aircraft to do touch and go's, my PAI C-17's, and the default Cessnas do it all the time! Does anyone know how to? Thanks for the help!
