What are your tranoceanic flights in FS? Here are mine:

You can also use Direct-GPS and create your own flight plan off of that.

I only did one transatlantic flight:

BRU-LAX in LevelD's 767-300, CityBird livery

Those were some long hours, took me almost two hours to set everything up and running, and then a 12 hour flight in realtime...Gotta love it Big grin

CPH-HNL using the LDS 763ER. I landed with only 9% fuel left and I had been crusing at FL370 all the way to save fuel. The flight took 13,5 hours.

I've also done this flight in a 744 and this is when you realise how fast the 744 is compared to the 767. Didn't take more than about 12 hours.

I use this website: http://rfinder.asalink.net/free/

It's free and easy. Just plot the waypoints into the FMC. (You need an aircraft with a fully working FMC to use this method)

I also use Flightaware for some routes (it was a huge help when I did an IAD-SFO Transcon with the LDS 767 in UA OCs). It even works with a few Transatlantic flights as well.

NW 747-400 DTW-NRT (but I wouldn't count it as I took off, went to cruising altitude, then moved the plane to Japan on the map)
EOS 757-200 JFK-STN real time (and worth it)


Flying an aeroplane with only a single propeller to keep you in the air. Can you imagine that? -Capt. Picard
