How do you fly transoceanic? The flightplanner won't calculate transoceanic flights correctly. It sends you all the way to Alaska first. I'm interested in hearing your methods!

CPH-HNL using the LDS 763ER. I landed with only 9% fuel left and I had been crusing at FL370 all the way to save fuel. The flight took 13,5 hours.
I've also done this flight in a 744 and this is when you realise how fast the 744 is compared to the 767. Didn't take more than about 12 hours.

I also use Flightaware for some routes (it was a huge help when I did an IAD-SFO Transcon with the LDS 767 in UA OCs). It even works with a few Transatlantic flights as well.
