Where is the best place to buy it from, because I want it in a case/box, not a download?
Thanks
Tom.
Hello Tom,
I downloaded (in my eyes the best way to purchase something) the complete package 500+600 and the texture package.
I have to say that it has its ups but most definately its downs too.
ups are
-exterior model (eye candy as they say)
-sound is realistic
downs
-no FMS and for me thats a big minus
-taxi behavior, certainly on the 600 is just wrong
-anomaly's in the FDE like fuel consumption and trim setting for take off.
Would I buy it again?
Well I have to say no, I also have PMDG 737/747 and the PSS777 and captainsim's 757 and finally also the PSS A319-20-21-30&40 and all of them are more realistic and have a partially or almost fully functional FMC/FMS.

It has something resembling an FMS but it is very limited in function and not programmable as the other payware packages are.
There are freeware packages that are at least as good (ex. topman's A306 panel) if not better.
As far as payware goes it just isn't up there with the rest and IMHO the panel is still the main reason to purchase a payware plane in that price category.

I noticed this too, but didn't bother to bring that up. The guy who does the FDEs is the same guy from POSKY. However they're at least more flyable than any POSKY FDE.

True, but at least they've been honest. They never advertised that it would come with a fully functional FDE and the product was always destined to people who don't bother with FMCs and the like. I bought it nevertheless, although I always prefer a good FMC over FS's default flightplanning and I'm happy with it.
Basically the same visual models of the CLS A300, A345 and A346 (they were all made by the same designer), but even worse panels. Plus the flight dynamics of the A343 is very wrong (it doesn't behave like an A343). However the flight dynamics of the A320 are very nice.
