Anyone Using Kittyhawk Designs 737 In FSX?

I cant seem to fix the ANTI-COLLISON lights beacons for the Kitty Hawk 737s in FSX, the beacons becomes a transparent large red square on the top and bottom. I put the effects stuff in the main FSX effects folder and it still does not fix the issue.

Anyone else having an issue?
