Are there any add-on's for FSX that will allow you to literally create your own airport from scratch AND are fairly simple to use?

I've seen the AFCAD program, but that seems way more complicated than what I have time or patience to learn and use.

AFCAD isn't as complicated to use if you use it to modify existing airports but as for making new one's, it doesn't do much. I heard that the new version would make it very easy to actually build an airport from scratch. Of course that was maybe two years ago. Other than that, sorry, I don't know of anything out there.
