Spotting At Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports?

evening all

Me and my wife have booked a Ryanair flight to Rome in Feb 07, flying out of Luton to Ciampino Airport. I was wondering, can you spot at Ciampino and Fiumicino Airports?,the reason for asking is because we havent been to Rome before and looking on the web on both of this airports,there is no Info about spectators.

any help would be good
