Business Plan for Low Cost Airline Operating from Singapore Changi International Airport

About

My aim is to set up an airline to be based at Singapores Changi Airport. The airline will operate local international routes within the Singapore / Indonesia area. My airline will provide the service of legacy carriers at the cost of low cost carriers, making flying affordable for everyone.

We will start up with 5 aircraft, 4 x short / medium range Airbus A320 aircraft and 1 x long haul A330-200, all aircraft will be fitted out in an all economy cabin, seat back televisions in every seat offering the latest entertainment.

In flight service will include 1hot meal ( breakfast, lunch or dinner) a cold alternative will be available with drinks included.

Sounds like you got a plan there, and a good one at that. Have you got a name for the airline yet?

If you need any more A320s my airline will be offloading 4 which were only delivered in September 2006 & one which hasn't been delivered yet.

Thanks things are in the early stages at the moment, as of yet not got a name or a livery not even any aircraft so will be looking to get some in the near future
