Hi everyone! I was just thinking about all the planes I wanted in add ons (I can't figure out the downloading thing, it doesn't work for me) and wondered what kind of add on you guys would make if you could make your own, what would be in it? It can be anything from an aircraft add on to scenery, utilities, or adventures. Here's what I'd make.....

Boeing 717 add on with Hawaiian, TWA, Impulse, Midwest Express, Bangkok Air
Boeing 737 add on with Delta, Southwest, United, American, Qantas, Varig, Ansett Australia, Lufthansa, BWIA
and last but not least, a better MD-80 add on with Midwest Express, American, Delta, Iberia, JAS, etc.

I would make a 757 with 32 sided fuselage and 64 sided engines with each fan blade deisgned and so it's not a spinning texture, much like Allied FS Group is doing with their 717, and I would have shining nose gear lights and I would paint it in National AIrlines livery. THen I would make some Pratt and WHitney engines and paint the plane into, United, TWA and Delta. Fortunately i have FSDS so i can do all this but i haven't found time, maybe over the summer.

Regards,
Marc

I'd have a L1011 sim. with the 100,200 and 500 models. In all the "classic" and current livery's. inc BWIA o/c and n/c, Dleta, Eastern, ect.
This would be a 32 sided fuselarge and 64 sided engines, with all moving parts and night lighting, inc tail logo, rotating beacon, landing light splash, cabin lights, reflections, ect. Also with a specialy designed cockpit with all working instuments. Plus some realy kicking engine sounds, gear, flaps ect.
You get what i mean!  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

I would be the first person to actually make a good 777.

I'd make a 747SP with a 24 sided fuselage and 32 sided engines, full moving parts, animated thrust reversers, night lighting, translucent landing light beams, and I'd paint it in all the airlines that operated it. I'd also make a kick ass panel and sound set to go with it.  Smile

I definitely agree with BA747-436, a good L1011 add-on should be made for FS2000. I have yet to come across any good L1011 for any version of MSFS. If there is anyone here who has, can they please list where to get it. I am just a huge fan of that plane and I want a good one to be made, preferably in Air Transat livery.

Whistler, I've heard some very good things about PSS 777. I'm ordering it soon. I'll follow that with PSS 744, and possibly Mad Dog 2000. BTW-does anyone own Mad Dog 2000? Is it any good? I'm searching for some good narrow bodied aircraft in add ons for FS2000 and so far Mad Dog is the only one I've seen. Please get back to me! Thanks for your help!

I don't know about the PSS 744 i got it and it was a compelte waste of money. I suggest you go with the Project Opensky 747-400, it's A LOT better.

Marc

The PSS 744 a waste of money?!?!?!? It's one probably the best add-on I've bought! Go to AVSIM.com for a excellent review of it.

Checkout the PSS 744 at www.avsim.com/posky
1. It's free
2. It's scaled correctly.
I have the PSS 744 , it's pretty good but if there is a freeware aircraft better than it i call it a waste of money.

POSKY doesn't come close to PSS in terms of gear and flaps quality.

Project Opensky has the tilting bogies and the flaps are just as good. I don't want to turn this into a war with you so you like PSS aircraft and I like Posky aircraft.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy
