Well today ive done EGSS-EIDW-KBOS
And then it went pear shaped!! I meant to fly Boston-Las vegas, well 30 miles out i realised i was going to the wrong one! I had set off to KLVS, not KLAS! I ended up 500 NM away from destination, so I've re-routed and im on my way to the real las vegas, Lol!!
All the flights were a 747-400F
You cant have your cake and eat it... What the hells the point in having it then!!!
The heavy delay was because my girlfriend was here overnight and my life wouldn't have been worth living, had I started flying while she was here .
Incidentally, the real BA076 hasn't even left Luanda yet - What the delay is I don't know, but you can bet it isn't the same reason my flight was delayed. The real world flight is also being flown by G-VIIH.

Flight of the Year:
I am about to start an around the world trip non-stop flight. I will take off in approx. 15 minutes, and fly along the equator all the way around the world. I will start in Singapore and end in Singapore. Total distance is 22.407,5nm. The whole flight will be done in real time of course
I will be using the Level-D 767-300ER in Boeing House colours and pretend that the 767 is full of extra fuel tanks, although I will put it on unlimited fuel.
This is what most of my route looks like:
(Yes, I know I am crazy )
btw: I am flying towards West to make the route extra long as it takes more time flying towards West than East :P

Quoting Cessna057 (Reply 18): Nothing you shouldnt (have) been able to work through. They say like 122 DECIMAL 3 instead of point, little things like that but they are easy....tell me how it was!
It wasn't that bad... I didn't have charts, luckily they were accomodating. It was thick and foggy, and I got handed off to the tower and cleared to land less than 2 miles away, but I still managed a PERFECT approach and landing... and of course, a sudden disconnect as soon as I vacated 27L!
