I was going to get one and I wanted to know how is it? I've seen some photos taken here with it but if anyone who has it here can let me know before I buy.
Here is one place that had it cheap.

Joe,

Fantastic work posting that link to the seller reviews mate! I am staggered at just how terrible an e-tailer these guys are! Simply staggering the stories...

Carl,

Beware mate... stay well clear of this mob!

Cheers!

Yeah, I'd rather pay a little more and purchase from a reputable source like B&H or get nice financing deals at BestBuy.

As far as the camera goes, dpreview thinks it's a decent little cam. Some vignetting and limited night capabilities. ISO 800 can only be shot at 1mp setting. If you're not new to photography, you'll probably outgrow it fairly quickly.

Thanks for showing me the review, I may not choose them but I just want the camera cheap, but if I have any problems, I will let them know. And as for my search for another cheap place will continue

I don't think you'll even get your camera if you order from there. Sounds to me like they push outrageously priced accessories and if you don't buy, they won't ship. Buy somewhere else.

I have just bought a Fujifinepix s5000 camera myself recently and have only just got to grips with its functions,i will let you know how i get on and hopefully get some shots that are worthy of viewing on the a.net database.
the camera itself is very neat indeed and i am pleased with it so far,the only problem is that it seems to drink battery juice very quickly. happy camera hunting.

Hello there,

I have done a search on the database with remarks including "S5000". The output is quite good. However, it seems that it cannot handle shadow very good as there are quite much noise on the shadow. However, that may be because of my monitor setting.

Just my 2 cents.

Oh yeah, that's what I am talking about.
The output has a lot of grains...Somehow I think A.net will reject those photos becauase of low quality.

Cheers,
Bowen @ YYJ
