Hi all, I recently had a photo rejected badmotiv, badinfo which I cleaned up and resubmitted. I also checked the data against other postings of the same registration to make sure the data was good.

It was rejected again with badinfo. I went back to all the cross-referenced postings again to double check the data submitted and found no errors to correct.

At that point I appealed the badinfo decision. My question is how long should I expect to wait to hear on it, and did I handle it the way I should have?

I didn't see how re-submitting again would have helped as I would not have made any changes to the 2nd try upload.

If you really object to a rejection, then an appeal is the correct way to do it if you believe appropriate adjustments are already made. However it has been kicked as badinfo twice, so there is clearly something the screeners are saying is wrong. You may have been better posting it in this forum to get feedback from screeners as to what might be wrong. Chances are that seeing as you haven't corrected whatever it was that they thought wrong, it will go the same way with the appeal.

Can you post a link to the rejected photo now? - perhaps people will give some feedback on what might be wrong.

Also, I guess I wasn't too clear. The first time I posted the shot it did have badinfo so I cross-referenced to these two shots to get it straight on my second try.

I see it. You have a spacemark added to the end of the reg...or at least it would appear.  

EDIT: It now appears that Myav.net reg's just look like that..I can't see a problem. As for appeals, it can take some time....often there are appeals that are still in the queue waiting to be screened about 5-10 days behind when the normal pics are getting screened.
