Topic: ILA Berlin 2006: Question To Editors And Screeners Username: PUnmuth@VIE Posted 2006-05-03 11:10:35 and read 2603 times.Hi all!
As ILA 2006 is soming up and a lot of photographers will be there i thought i might be time to clarify some questions.
--> screeners
1.) Is ILA (still) on the list of airshows getting priority screening?
2.) If the answer to 1.) is yes then should photographers check the priority checkbox on the upload confirmation box for ILA photos?
--> screeners and editors
3.) Will there be a headline again and if yes whats the string to use this year in the remark field so that the headline will cathc all photos from the database? ILA2006?

You go figure out which airshow is bigger, Dubai or ILA.
Of course, ILA will draw the bigger a.net photographer crowd, but that doesn't mean it's more interesting or newsworthy. |

I lead a kind of lonely spotter existence being the only regular uploader residing Nassau - and we don't attract people like SXM. |

Yes ILA shots will be priority screened up until the last day of the show, so don't bother asking for priority days after the show has ended, but I don't think there will be a banner. Only banners for Paris and Farnborough I recall.
And yes of course use the priority checkbox in that case.
Cheers and perhaps see you there.

So checking the priority box will be enough or do we need in addition put an extra note in the remark field like "ILA 2006"?
Let's all pray for good weather cause the last ILA was awfully wet and cold
