Hi all,
Just wanted an opinion of this photo, I didn't take but will certainly have permission to upload.
Big version: Width: 1024 Height: 683 File size: 784kb

Against.. pretty self evident
For.. rarity, would only be the 2nd BOAC 707 at SYD on the DB, the 5th engine adds even more interest.

Of interest to me and likely only my family, it is the plane that returned my father safely from duty in Vietnam, early April 1965.

Cheers

Chris

Rare photo, yes, but I'm not sure what A.net crew will say about the van blocking the nose and cut-off tail.. I hope for the best.

Hey Chris,

I can see the value of the shot that it holds for you as well as the history.

But I can't see a.net going for it - regardless of its importance.

But i've been very wrong in the past!

I personally think it will add to the site .
Lets cut some slack for old shots like these that will bring happiness to the people that view them not keep them locked up in some box under the bed.
Cheers
