Hello All,
Would like to submit this photo into the database, but would like some opinions on how it looks. I know how hard it is to have a photo accepted, so any info or suggestions would be appreciated..

too low in the frame, and the general quality isn't there.

The shot is very grainy and lacks in general quality, as TransIsland said. Keep working at it though, if it had a little better quality it might be salvageable.
