Got a picture of an AA 767 at SFO back in October but from the angle I got it, the left wing blocks out the registration number, is there any other way of possibly finding it out?

Do you mean that for all of AA's 767s, the reg is "N" + nose number + "AA", with no oddballs?

Some are NxxxAN, but the xxx in the reg is on the nose
