PS: Pretty funny how the pilot forgot to turn his landing lights on right before landing. I see that regularly as well in BRU

The video appears to have been taken during a maximum period of about an hour, just before and after sunset. By the sound of the crickets chirping I'd say it was late spring/summer, so some time around 20:00 - hardly premium time for heavies!
Besides, you can't possibly judge how much heavy activity an airport sees just by an hour's worth of video, irrespective of time of day.
