Hurray, with the photo below I just reach 1000 photos in the database.

When the screeners have accepted my first photo in February 2007 I never thought I would reach one day that figure. It has never been a goal for me, but gradually my photos were added to finally reach the milestone of 1000.

Thanks to all contributors who click on my pictures and I do not forget the screeners, who have to work many times for nothing due to my uploadings that were not always acceptable for color, camera angles view, cropping and many other reasons.

You often try the different which carries risks but your images are a pleasure to screen.

Hey Pierre,

Congrats for this milestone ! You know to what extend I admire your approach to photography. You are not only "Mr. Baloon", you also make fantastic events and animals photos (the recent one of two jaguars in Africa let me mouth open). I like of course the photos above, but in addition:
