Hi. I'm not a proffessional or even experienced photographer, but I took two trips last July on United and of course brought my digital camera and took as many pictures as possible. I've tried unsuccessfully to even upload them before, much less got them rejected. I'm wondering if you link I should take the time to upload them or if they're probably not of good enough quality to be accepted. Below are my pictures from DEN; I also have some KOA pictures that are probably more rare.

Thanks for your help,
AirVB

Airplanepics-I see them posted in the thread right now, so I don't know if it's messed up or what.

Is there some way I can make them more worthwhile, Wietse?

Allright: Step by step:

^Badmotive, although interesting to you, its not interesting in an Airplane database

^Same goes here. Allthough it technically has everything it should have (part of airplane in sight) it is not an interesting view. No extraordinary cloud formations or airports etc

^Too focused. People are not interested in 1 seat, they want to see the entire cabin

^Could try this, but again, a composition which includes more of the entire cabin would be better

^OK, its an airport overview, but it is not a spectacular hall or terminal, its just a walkway. Plus it has recognisable people in it, causing a Badpeople rejection

^Too much ramplice. Ground equipment block out parts of the aircraft. The front gear for instance

^Nice cockpit view, you could try uploading this one. It would have been better if you could have taken a step to the right, the back of the captains chair is not very interesting

^This one is pretty good. Clear view of the aircraft as it sits at the gate. No obvious ramplice moving around.

^It must have looked really nice in-flight, but for A.net it is not interesting and big enough. Should have used more zoom.

Anyhow, good luck, I think you can safely upload the 777 at the gate. (the 3/4 one)

Thank you for your advice. I wish I could have got better pictures but my camera does not have much zoom and a lot of the pictures were not focused for some reason  Smile. I did take a lot of the whole cabin, but they turned out to be very blurry. About the cockpit one, the copilot was standing right there so I couldn't.

What did you think of the Hawaii pictures?

Thanks,
AirVB

They're quite nice! I also like the Hawaii pics... give the Landing shot and the cockpit shot of your Hawaii trip a chance! - Also ... the kind of "Terminal" from Hawaii may be interresting.... but level it!
