Not the most views, at 84,000, but still a stunning number considering that is a basic Corndog in the old "puke" color:

Yes about that picture in ThirtyEcho's post, does anyone have a guess or theory of why that photo has been viewed so many times? I have wondered about it many times.

Thanks

Tom

Just view most popular of all time, that's the easy way to find the most viewed.

It is the most popular picture for ONE simple reason: It was at the top position at some point of time, therefore being featured under the top-position link on the index page, which resulted in even more people clicking it, which even fortified the top position, which means that it stayed on the top-position-page even longer, which means that even more people click on it...
And so on, and so on...
Which means that even if the visitors would theoretically like another picture much much better, there is no way to ever push these top-position pictures down.

Easy, huh?

I'm inclined to agree...

though it's obvious why the pic is constantly being looked at, it's nothing intriguing whatsoever.

....then again, considering the amount of airliners.net chatters who apparently play for the pink team; it is rather surprising that that picture gets as much patronage as it does  Laugh out loud  Laugh out loud  Laugh out loud
