Latest TFT Screens - OK For Photo Editing?

Can you use a 19" LG TFT screen for photo editing with good results? Or is a conventional CRT screen preferable, no matter what TFT screen you are using?
At least these new TFT screens can't be worse than my old laptop TFT screen...  Smile
