Hi All
I received a photo usage request from this guy, I respect what he/they are trying to do but they confirmed my photo is on their site - WITHOUT PERMISSION. I immediately e-mailed back explaining that my photos are only given to airliners.net no one else unless they purchase it/them to cover my costs, etc...
I have had no reply or confirmation regarding the photo's deletion, problem is site is in Dutch and I cannot figure out how to 'join' to ascertain whether my photo really has been removed or not.
below is the e-mail with the links
Could someone who is already a member or a kind person who understands Dutch check whether it is there or not?

Well, I gave this guy my photo for his web page. They are just bunch of Fokker enthusiasts that share they passion to aviation. They don't make any money out of it. They just have gallery with pictures of Fokker aircrafts.

Yup, they have at least one of my pictures too... Enthusiast site, no money being made. Its rude of them not to ask (my experience is that they do, normally) but let 'em have it for free.

They have one of my pictures as well, but did politely ask before using it. Since it is a non-profit site of Fokker-fans, I did not charge anything.
Cheers,
Tom

Whats the problem with you guys?. If they just want it for their website and credit you let them!.
I've never asked someone to pay, if its for a book or something I just ask them to send me a copy. If its an airline then YES, get money but for a private site, please.

Just because you 'never' ask someone to pay does not mean the rest of the world should jump in line behind you. All Mr. Fox was doing was asking for some advice. Why not put a name in your profile so we can all get a peek of what you give away?
