about 2 months ago i let an aviation website use one of my pictures for a weekly newsletter... in return i only asked for a subscription to thier magazine, we agreed and i sent my address.
Not that it was a great mag. but i havent gotten one yet and im curious to look through it... i send a short message last week asking when i (as a subscriber) should expect the magazine, and never got a response...
Im not really losing money, and its not really worth the hastle to get tough with them.... but how can i get them to Pay up??

I know what you're going through Chris. I had the Comair school in Sanford use 2 of my photos for a newsletter, and was promised a copy (this was back in december). I just emailed them yesterday about it, I just want to have it for my portfolio, that's all. Keep fighting it a little longer, hopefully you'll get something.

They are just playin you Chris, and anyone else in a similiar situation.
The people you gave your photos too agreed to a deal.
They did not return their end of their bargai, and you do not deserve to be treated like that!
Although its only a very small amount of money, you deserve it.
What happens if they did this to every person who submitted photos?
They would have a lot of free photos, and a lot more money as a result.
