Today I got an E-mail form the screeners that my picture was rejected for the following possible reasons:

1) 'Some of the info you submitted together with the photos was either
missing, incorrect, irrelevant or in the wrong format and we were
unable to correct it.'

2) 'You may also receive this message if some of the info you submitted
together with the photos was either written in a non-English
language, misspelled or used capital and lower-case letters in all
the wrong places.'

3) 'Either part of the aircraft is not visible on these photos or the
aircraft is fully visible but not centered in the frame.'

It turned out that I had filled in the wrong a/c. I thought it was a 762 but it was in fact a 763. So I changed it and re-uploaded it again.

Then earlier this night I got an E-mail that it got rejected again.
I can live with that, but there's just one thing I don't quite get.

This time the pic was rejected for the sole reason of:

- 'The image quality of these photos is low.'

So why didn't the screener who did the first screening (the one with the mistake) mention this in the first E-mail I got? I thought all the screeners thought alike and that they all had a same picture in their head of what is acceptable and what not?

Could someone please explain this?
