There are great photos on the db from all 4 of these airports, but lets say you were planning a trip by car and you had two routes which would give you different combinations of airports to shoot along the way, which would you get more and better shooting opportunities and less hassles? They are:

DEN and LAS

or

DFW and PHX

What time of year? The sun angle is terrible for PHX and LAS in the late spring to early fall.

DFW and DEN have photography opportunities all year round.

Actually time of the year would be early spring, so by that rationale both routes could be similar.

Hi all

I would probably choose Pheonix.......but would really need a lot of petrol (gas) to get there and not sure if my Mini Cooper would make it ;o)

Cheers

When I see that Frontier offers $200 or so fares from some places in SoCal to Denver I suppose I could pass up on the DEN/LaS route and do DEN later as a weekender...... but then every time I see a DEN shot my heart starts beating faster.....  Wow!
