I personally think they could be fixed. The 2nd one is not level, try rotating it a degree or so to the right. All of them appear to have some contrast issues, and maybe could be brightened a little bit (even the fill flash option in photoshop could help). Try that and give them all one more tiny kick of USM, and you've got some decent photos. It may also help to take a soften brush to the sky to remove some grain.
