If you plan to spot at the finals, 70-200 should do it for the most of the (bigger) planes. For smaller planes and for Imperial Hill 100-400 will be the right choice. I don't really think you would do anything with the 28-135, as long as you only take pictures of planes and you don't have a ramp access.

Your 100-400 and 70-200 lenses are fine, but I would bring the 28-135 just in case you shoot from a place we call "Little Cargo". The 28-135 would be good for the bizjets that taxi past this location, not to mention the freighters that taxi past as well.
