Could be, but at that size it is hard to tell.
First, make a screen shot of that page. They will most likely remove it once you call.

Then I would write or call the editor and state your case.

I think it is - look under the aircraft - you can see the colours in the right order: orange, yellow, blue. The nose touches the stairs in the same place too.

Edit: you have to go close to the screen and look like an idiot to see these things Big grin

I would first save the webpage, make a screenshot or whatever so that you have a prove, just in case they remove it...

Then write a polite, but clear email to the author and tell him you did not gave permission and you want to get a fee from them.
