I like the second one better than the third, though.

Huh?
The 2nd and 3rd photos are the same. Here are their respective links. Unless I am missing a microscopic detail, they are the same.

Exactly. The third should have been rejected for badistance, but the second one has amazing framing.

If I were a screener, I might have been tempted to reject number one as baddistance...

The 3rd is much better than the 2nd photo. Great composition.

Straight from the horse's mouth!
Hey guys,
Thanks for your compliments and such. I'm buying a Canon S1 IS or Kodak DX6490 soon so hopefully those won't be my first shots accepted!
As for those three, Stefan, thanks for your kind words. I uploaded 27 and those were the "million dollar shots" that made the cut. I'm trying my best to get the other 24 up to par with the rest as I'd hate to see them go. Pretty much all of my photos from SXM are the not-so-common ones (the sailboats, mountains, water, etc) and will probably be burned in the badmotiv pit. For example: http://forums.fs2002.com/uploaded/apr04/Z_NEWSM_3.jpg http://forums.fs2002.com/uploaded/apr04/Z_NEWSM_1_2.jpg
Who knows, maybe I'll be registered to these forums tomorrow so I won't have to use Futterman as my personal poster.
Catch you guys later,
Chris
Oh, and one more thing Phil and Wietse, … I'd have to go with the third one.

SARCASM runs rampant here lately. I can't wait to see yall go there and share pics. Yall definitely have unique styles - gotta say though - most of those crappin' on Chris's images have shown me nothing.
Christopher - nice images.
Your critics - a few of them are stuck in ONE DIMENSIONAL Airliners.net nirvana...

Just to clarify: I think those are great shots and I prefer those over the "plane on the beach shots". It was just too good a joke not to join in on it ...
