Well, after my first weekend with my Canon 300D, I have had my first 5 uploads rejected. Two of them were perhaps a bit arty, (and my first efforts getting to grips with Photoshop editing) , but the last three were only rejected because the images were too small. I think that I need to learn to use the cropping tool better so I don't get less than the 3:2 ratio. (They were 1200 wide, but perhaps to small vertically).
But anyway, I am going to be in Madrid for the next couple of weekends (my girlfriend lives there, bring Spanish and Madrileña) and I want to give it another go there. Does anyone know where good places to take photos from and can offer advice generally. Even better, are there any Spanish members that could show me where to go? I have seen a footbridge accross the Barcelona motorway that would give a good vantage point.....

As of what I can remember:
Go in the subway to the last station "Pueblo de Barajas" exit, and walk down-hill till you come to the Barajas tunnel(about 10 or 15 minutes), You'll find an awesome place there (in the afternoons only).
