Pictures Accepted But Not In Database

Hello,
Since yesterday I'm having pictures accepted but they don't appear in the database  Sad . Does anyone know if there has been a problem or who do I have to talk to or who can help me in this issue.

They are in the database. Just a temporary bug in the system:

There are a couple of threads already here about this and also in Site related (where they belong to).
