Hey all,

Well, we have had some great photos so far this year. What is your favourite picture from 2004 so far? And Why?

No plugging your own photos!  Big grin

Regards,
Simon Nicholls

Why?
I just love this angle and the light was perfect for that kind of shot. Once again many congrats to Sam  Big grin

Why? I could take all my photos of just one plane. For me the picture has to be good as a photograph for it to be a good aviation photograph.

I'm partial to this one. But I'm sure Ryan Umphrey will have one to supplant it sooner or later.

why would you plug your own shot, which is still in the que?

PS - It will be rejected for bad quality.

There are some SERIOUSLY good photographers here, dozens of which could have my vote.

Of them all, here is my current favorite:

BUT, there are three other awesome shots worthy of at least a mention, most notably Wietse's "Criss Cross 340 Contrails" shot referenced above (one of the best photos I've ever seen).

Also, Bronko's close-up of the landing gear of a 777 as it touched down, and the "good Morrell's (David - Avid Creations)" up close and personal shot of a Singapore Cargo 747 on the ramp.

There are dozens and dozens of other shots that I have been proud to have as my desktop wallpaper over the years (thanks Sam, Joe Pries, and Mr. De Bevere).
