Yeah, it was him. It was on the Discovery Wings Channel about the Concorde. It showed him in 2 interviews with some other spotters and then it showed them all taking pictures of the Concorde taking off, with Phil using a video camera.

BTW, I flew up the night before, slept in JFK overnight to be there too that day I think I was only in it for a few seconds though.
