What a cracking shot. It's a great study in how favourable lighting and a great subject make all the difference: There's actually a heck of alot of clutter in the frame but you don't even notice it, because the 777 is so striking. I admire the photographer's eye, because I wouldn't have even thought to try.

I was pretty indifferent about the livery when it first appeared, but this positively glows!

Nice work

James

I totally agree James.

It's good to see a top of day shot that isn't a cockpit/cabin/overview/ etc.

Specially nice to see this bird in it's new livery!

This goes against all a.net commonalities, taken with a G3. Not A DSLR!!!

Great Work...

The UAL 777 shot is a good view from the deck at FRA but the KLM shot is amazing, I love everything about it.

Nice shot!!

Hope to be up in the same place in Feb. Me thinks i might pick up a camera like the G3/G5 for point and shoot duties  Smile for when the 300D proves too big to carry around.

First time I have noticed Tim's shot but thats an amazing, well thought out, well planned and well taken shot.

One of the better shots we have seen in a while.  Wink/being sarcastic
