i might be blind i really dont know...there is also no horrizon to compair and the plane isnt flying straight but this pic looks to have a good angle....

Your buildings and lamp posts all lean to the right. maybe bad level rather than bad angle.
straighten the buildings and lamp posts and you may have a chance!

yeh sorry guys that i posted again....

Tim: i did work on the angle i even used that grid thing in Adobe but i used the buildings in left corner for refrence....but ill do one degree ccw to straighten the lamp post...then it should be ok
