If it's the same reg, then it would most likely still get rejected. However, if your photos are showing two different aircraft then the double thing shouldn't be a problem.
As it got rejected, I assume it was the same reg?

Tis a nice photo....but I am not sure an appeal is worthwhile. There must be tonnes of at gate KLM 737s......just my thought though....and I am no expert at this uplaoding poker game

I've seen worse baddoubles (identical copies..) in a same plane, same day, same position...and got both uploaded...theorically should be a baddouble but if you think is no so *double for you..appeal it...and wait for months for a final decision...

Thats not even at the same spot. Its a totally different gate, totally different background etc. I'd appeal. You don't exactly have anything to lose, now do you?

Definitely baddouble, it's the exact aircraft from the same angle at the same airport. Considering other baddouble rejections which are occasionally posted on this forum, an appeal would be only a waste of time.

Not being mean here, but frankly there's no point in appealing - there are shots nearing two months old in the appeal queue. Don't know what's up with that.
Your shot is great. Nice size comparison next to the massive 744. It's clear, clean and should have been included in the d/b IMHO.
I'd rather shoot BAD_MOTIVE

I agree with Drew...I just gave up and deleted my two photos I had in the appeal queue because I was tired of waiting.
Both shots are great, they might be the same angle but when it comes down to it everything but the physical plane in the foreground is diffferent and IMHO it should have been accepted as well.
