I used to send them some images some time ago before I became too busy but they were always good to me. Gave me proper credits, paid me on time and were generally very nice people. Would still be sending them images if I wasnt so busy  Smile

The person I used to deal with was Achim Figgen if that helps.

Cheers

It just seemed a little coincidental that me and Dan should get an offer from the same magazine when there are 7000 other guys to choose from.

It's Germany's largest civil aviation magazine. I've met their editors in person a couple years ago, very nice people, a very nice magazine which is only topped by Airliner World IMO. Their chief editor Dietmar Plath is also well known and gets access at almost every airport in the world. There will be a spotting report from Bhutan by him in the upcoming issue.

This particular email concentrated on "The 40 Best Shots Form Airliners.Net", which is why i was a little supprised to receive it. Call me skeptical but i dont think my shots are 'That' good. Anyhow looking foreward to seeing the other shots that were picked. If anyone else is reading this who got the exact same email id be interested in seeing the photo they requested. Thanks  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

My email stated they initially chose what they considered the 40 best shots on Airliners Net this year and then a panel selected a final 20 from them for the Magazines article.

Surprised that they chose this one:
