Okay, I got the rejection message a little late. It is indeed rejected for badinfo and it wasn't an error as I thought earlier.
As far as I know, c/n is not an obligatory field. As the rules say, if you are not sure of the registration or the c/n, it's better to leave them empty.
No problem though, I will try to make time and re-upload the photo. But I'm disappointed that no screener came forward to clear up the issue.
