the following pics i took with a Canon300D and with the 18mm lens...now im bit puzzled why its rejected for bad quality! maybe it has to do with the flatbed screen im editing from? (rest 1280x1024)
anyways here are the pics let me know what you guys think and how i might be able to change it...

The second one I'd almost give it motiv too. Only half the wing is in view and a lot of dead space on the left half of the photo. The qual part would be that darkish upper right hand side. Photo seems a bit soft too. Hope that helps.

I think most people are missing the main focus of the 2nd photo, which I think might be the rainbow/halo around the shadow of the aircraft projected onto the clouds in the lower left corner. I dont think he can crop the photo any, without losing an important aspect of the photo.
