I'm new in aviation photograhy. Does anyone know a good, relativley cheap camera good for aviation photography? Like under $150. Thanks a lot!

This type of question has been answered MANY times... have a search through all the threads, and I'm sure you'll find something. But I can tell you this, that you will NOT find a "good" camera AND lense for under $150, not even a camera by itself for that price. In photography, the more you pay generally means the quality increases as well. "Good" and cheap will not co-exist, it's one or the other I'm afraid.

You can get an old SLR from a pawn shop. I bought an OM-1 with a 50mm lens for $150. However if you want to get into aviation photography get a film scanner FIRST. Counting on others to scan your film or prints is a hassle and a pain since they can never do what you want.

Since you are starting out in aviation photography, your best bet for a camera is a used SLR of reputable name or an introductory-level SLR like Canon Rebel 2000. That said, neither would be available for $150, unfortunately. In photography, as in pretty well much of life, you get what you pay for and since you will want top-quality pictures it is worth the sacrifice to get the SLR and become accustomed to using it.

As for film, slide film is that used by pros in this hobby. However, it can be a bit difficult to use (light exposure, etc.) and processing is expensive, even though the film itself is often slightly less expensive than comparable print film. It is best to start with print film and perfect your techniques with photographing planes before moving over to slides.

Then there is the issue of a scanner - I will let the others advise you since I do not own a scanner or know how to use one. In a way I am a beginner too.
