Hi, the first thing is that they are both not level with the horizon. Also, the tails seem to be blurry/out of focus. You also need to add some unsharp mask to these. If you make these adjustments they might have a chance, but in answer to your question as they are right now they would be rejected. Hope this helps!!

Whats the forum for then, rejections only!!
I personally don't have a problem with this. We're all here to help and encourage. Yes I do believe that people should search more as things have been discussed before and can save the forums from being clogged up etc.
I don't blame anyone from trying to see if it will get through. People have been banned from uploading and reloading as well.
I'm not getting at you Tony but what is the forum for then????

I understand the sentiment as the queue is so fast now, but I know a couple of us are still mindful of the days before the new crewmembers arrived and the queue was 14K+. The screeners, already overloaded, were getting rather agitated with the lack of discipline behind some of the uploads.
So, I don't think people asking here is particularly negative.
It takes a big man to admit they are wrong, and I am not a big man.

No worries, ask whatever you think you want to know - that's what this forum is for!
Let's face it guys... these questions will ALWAYS be part of this forums as new members always need a place to start, and I think this discussion forum is a good one as lots of experienced and almost professional photographers are in here.
btw Saxon, when being registered once you can post in all forums!

Thanx Psych, I have been going watching planes there since I was born. Its brilliant when you get some heavies going from there as they get proper close! Its a shame that 24L sees most of the 'Heavies' depart though as the pub was brilliant for them!
My photos came out a bit rubbish because:
It was really cold and my hands were numb
I sorta had to make sure I got the photo without the fences
It was my first time doing it and I'm still a bit rubbish.

First time I went there was about 30 years ago! I remember going there something like 10 years ago - between the fence for the pub and another fence, dodging some branches. I had assumed there would be no photo opportunities any more due security fences.
May have to give it a look one day.
Don't give yourself a hard time - those photos are not that bad at all. Maybe you need to check out processing the images once they're out of the camera. Feel free to drop me an email if you want any pointers (and you think I may be able to help).
