In the first one the horizon appears to slope slightly towards the right, though it's hard to tell for sure. I'd try to avoid cropping off the top of the Hercules, by the way. Can't help you with no. 2, I'm afraid.

For no.1, the main focus is not the Hercules and it is a full size photo without any cropping. If my horizon is not straight enough, there should have another rejection reason, i.e. bad horizon, but not bad angle.
For no.2, still...no one can tell me how bad is the angle. Still...no screeners give me a clear answer how bad is the angle.
So, I have to wait and wait and wait....What's wrong with my pictures?
I don't mind if my pictures are rejected. But I have to know why my pictures are rejected.
