You can go to
http://www.airliners.net/myphotos to check why your pics were rejected.
As for the photo, the first thing I noticed was that it appeared a bit oversharpened. If you look around the edges of the second window from the left, you will see what I am talking about. It might also be rejected for badmotive, since it is just a shot of the cockpit windows, and the pilots don't appear to be doing anything special.
Why grab a Heine when you can grab a Busch?

I think it's most likely a badmotiv rejection. Could possibly be badquality as well, but why don't you check the link that Newark777 posted and tell us for sure.
Long live the A330!

A few things stick out, first its off center which causes the second issue those carts in the back grab your eye more than the aircraft.
Check out the other nose photos in the DB. If this shot had more of the nose showing it would be good, but this one is just kinda blah...it doesn't grab you like a close up should.

BTW... Maybe besides it being bad motive, the horizontal/vertical size ratio is too large. Crop your pictures anywhere between 1024x683 (3:2) and 1024x768 (4:3) and you're alright.

Personally I like the carts in the background. It ads depth to the shot rather than just an empty space.
