Quite a few of us were approached weeks ago asking for permission to use our photos in Aero International, a German aviation magazine. They were putting together and article of the best photos of Airliners.net for 2004.

I got the magazine in the mail and it looks great. Lots of guys got their stuff in, and I wanted to congratulate Ben Wang, Jay Piboontum, Wietse de Graaf, Europix, Robert Budde, Bailey, Mark Garfinkel, Miguel Snoep, Mike Nowak, Paulo Herren, Mario Andreya, Arpad Gordos, Andreas Zeitler, Matt-Willmott Sharp, Sam Chui and Dan Valentine for getting their work in there!

I got an offer for one of my photos, which wasn't exactly deserved, but it was nice to have it requested either way. That's why I got the magazine in the mail, and they also sent me the promised payment in cash (not a check). However, my photo unfortunately did not make it in.

Congrats also to Johan and Anet for becoming the authority on the top aviaiton photos like an award ceremony.
